Media literacy
Within the context of my Professorship Media Literacy at the University of Vienna, I am currently developing a new line of research focusing on (1) the individual and structural social context factors involved in digital media use and well-being, and (2) the boundary conditions of (digital) media literacy. The focus will be on understanding both the positive and negative aspects of digital media use and identifying the conditions involved in each, to enhance understanding of how to promote (digital) media literacy in society.
